Westchester Man Accused Of Sex Offenses Against Several Children

An investigation has led to the arrest of a Westchester County man who is accused of committing sex offenses against several children.

New Rochelle Police Department announced late Monday afternoon, Sept. 30 that detectives, with assistance from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, wrapped up the probe on Friday, Sept. 20.

The suspect, Fernando Rincon, age 52, of New Rochelle is accused of committing multiple sex offenses against the victims, according to New Rochelle PD Captain J. Collins Coyne.

"Due to nature of the offenses and the privacy of the victims, the details of the incidents are being withheld," Coyne said.

If anyone has any information regarding Fernando Rincon’s dealing with any children who may be victims, they are asked to call New Rochelle Detectives at 914-654-2300.

Rincon has been charged with:

  • Criminal sexual act in the second and third degrees, both felonies;
  • Four counts of use of a child less than 17 years old in a sexual performance, a felony;
  • Criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
